appointment through HIMACHAL STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION

I have appointed school lecturer on contract basis in 2010 with 100 others school lecturer through Himachal Pradesh staff selection commission. in 2016 hp government regularised all the contract appointee who have completed five year on contract except me and some other. they reasoned that we have not fulfill the minimum qualification for that post. what I have to do?

1 mcom m.phil, is my qualifications.
2 mcom with B.Ed was the minimum qualification
3 I am still working as school lecturer on contract basis.
sir I have appointed through commission after fulfilled all the terms and conditions prevailing at that time and at that time no condition of B.ed for commerce lecturer.
