Approaching caw cell

Dear Experts,

My wife is not coming for talks with elders. Instead her father & brother are approaching police station. She never for any talks.

In this situation, can I approach CAW cell and ask them to do counselling? I think she has to come to CAW cell atleast to make allegations against me.

Is it wise to approach CAW? Will it benefit me or not? any precautionary measures to be taken?

please advise

No CAW cell people would not interest in you.

Go for Mediation cell of your jurisdiction.

A fellow fighter (named victim on this forum) , has reached CAW before his wife could and managed to send her a notice to come for councelling.

I am also planning to do the same.

I will let you know soon.

thanks all. if wife does not come to mediation center, then alternate is CAW. await coments from those who had approached or went for counseling at CAW. this wil be useful for others in similar situation. thnks
