RESPECTED SIR/MADAM,
APPSC(ANDHRAPRADESH PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION) Issued Group 1 Notification no :18/2011 Dated 28/11/2011..Due to inefficiency of APPSC in preparation of key to prelims,,many apsirants lost a chance to write mains and filed cases in tribunal,high court and supremecourt..All the courts has ordered APPSC to conduct RE-mains..Inspite of many counter petitions by APPSC ,,, the honourable Supreme Court always took the side of the aspirants and issued unbiased judgement of conducting re-exam on 29.06.2016 and ordered both the public service commissions to complete the recruitment process within 3 months.It has been 5 years since the issue of recruitment notification had took place..Lives of many aspirants became miserable due to these inordinate delay of APPSC/TSPSC...No one is taking care of lives of aspirants..APPSC & TSPSC are not obeying the orders of APEX COURT .ITS NOT FAIR ON THE PART OF CONSTITUTIONAL BODY TO GET INFLUENCED BY POLITICAL DECISIONS AND PLAY WITH LIVES OF ASPIRANTS..IT HAS ALREADY BEEN A HUGE DELAY and it is the right of aspirants to get the re-mains exam results conducted in the month of september 2016.
Even after apex court judgment which was delivered on on 29.06.16 to complete the recruitment process within 3 months our public service commissions are not showing any interest to complete the recruitment process. It has been 5 months since the issue of notification and 6 months after mains exam, both the psc are not making any noise about this recruitment and stayed calm since six months.
