Arbitration decision is final?

Dear Sir,

 

I seek advice if arbitration decisions are final?

I stay in Mumbai and arbitral procceding of an so called MOU mention a date and place when i was out of country claming my property located in Mumbai suburbs. Arbitral proceeding are in Delh. Its been few hearing and i have not presented my self exept communication through mails and couriers.

 

Since its and MOU which mention a date and place when i was out of India mentioning a money transaction in bank but(NO PROOFS shown of transaction),Pls advice can i fight it in civil court of mumbai and avail stay on arbitarl proceedings!

It is one of the important grounds to set aside the award. If the error is apparent on the face of the award, the Courts may set aside it.
