application under sec 34 was filed and arbitrator appeared as counsel for OP. shows his being biased in passin in his award and clousion between the parties. what's the remedy rather not goin personal nd filing a complaint against his such act to BCI???
After passing of the award his appearing as counsel for OP cannot be viewed as bias. The ground is not valid. Even if you have taken ground of bias in S.34 petition the subsequent conduct of the Arbitrator cannot be of any help to you except perhaps in creating a bias in the mind of the Judge handling S.34 petition which is very unlikely. Your complaint with BCI will not succeed.
