Arbitrator awarded but in appeal he lost original papers

Dear All, Please help me to reply : 1. Arbitrator passed an award in favour of plaintiff and defendant appeal in ADJ court and arbitrator stated that he lost all his files in fire or shifting.. Please help me what will happen and what plaintiff shall do . regards, mash

It is felt that the file should be constructed.

Is this arbitrator appointed by the opponent company/ or is an employee of the company/or is biased/

Why this arbitrator himself got lost?
