Argument stage: crpc 125 (maintenance) and bigamy s-494

have filed 2 petitions (a) CrPC 125 - maintenance; and (b) 494 - Bigamy- briefly putting:i m hindu woman married to muslim - by Nikkah and followed by SPl marriage act in court in 1990. He is presently retired railway employee in Mumbai.Same year we got a girl child. Post delivery he behaved nasty beyond bearing every trivial issue was a mountain to him, hardly contributed in the house, or even look after the daughter, he battered me black and blue, later he office romanced, brought that girl at home on pretext "GOOD FRIENDS" I still looked and extended possible hospitality. Soon he attempted to even kill meto get married to her. I left his house to save my and daughter's life, on 30-01-1995, thereafter till date he never bothered to see our welfare in any which way. He married the other woman and has daughter by her too. (violating employment contract being central govt. employee). I seek y our help for some case laws relating a Muslim govt. employee, remarrying when first marriage still subsists, a total bigamy. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP
