I was working in the K.N.V Pharmacy College managed by KNV Trust as lecturer from 27/11/2008 to 05/08/2010 and during this period I have performed all the duties assigned to me by the College Management and Principal of the college.
During this period I was getting salary amount (Rs. 19660/-, Pre-Revised scale), though I am entitled to get salary as per the AICTE norms and Government of Gujarat Norms. Hence I shall be paid salary as per the norms of Government of Gujarat revised from time to time, and AICTE Regulations 2010 in the prescribed scale with all the applicable allowances.
I have been patiently waiting for arrears to be released, but so far I have not received the same, even though it is more than 22 months.
Hence I have written this letter to notify them to release arrears payment within 30 days from the receipt of this letter amount of Rs. 262579 /- calculated without interest dated on 27th June but till now there is no reply from Trustee.
