My apartment association (registered) is not willing to share the income and expenditure details even after multiple requests.
This is a new association and has been collecting maintenance charges for the last two month. There is no word from the committee members on the income and expenditure details for the last two months.
Can any action be taken by me as a registered member?
Please help.

yes you can write a letter to them asking for the said information and later you can file a complainat before the Society Registrar or even approach the Co-operatives Courts.
