Can the interst on amount due to a creditor be added to principle amount for determining the minimum reserve price of the property that has been attached?

No interests and principal amount has nothing to do with min. res.price.It is determined by approved valuer.

Thanks for the reply sir.
I woud also like to know if, while determining the total amount due from the debtor which of the follwoing can be added to the principal amount.
1. the interest due on the amount.
2. The costs of recovery, like cost of publication etc.
in our case the creditor is an individual and not a bank. does this make the chances of recovery weak??
