Attorney registration

can any lawyer register as attorney for making trademark registration ?

for any trademark registration is it mandatory to be signed by attorneys or partner/director apply for registration ?

1.Any advocate registered as a trade mark agent can file trade mark applications under the trade marks act.

2. In order to file an application you can either file as a proprietor or appoint a trade mark agent to file onbehalf of your firm/company/...etc
