All such properties are to be divided in six equal shares and each legal heir is entitled to 1/6 share. mummy, 4 bhai aur 1 bahan
There is no such automatic transfer of rights of property in law. They can inherit the property and all sharers are having equal rights. Select some elders in the family and let them discuss and sort out the issue through a family settlement deed and register the deed, so that every one of you can enjoy your share independently. In case of immovable properties get mutation done in individual names after providing such registered deed to authorities. It appears that you have no idea on inheritance. Contact an advocate for able guidance.
