Baby's Religion in Intercaste Marriage

Hi I am Hindu Girl married to Roman Catholic Christian Guy.

We are happy with our marriage life. Both of us are still belonging to our own religion. What would be the best religion for our Baby. Do we have anything common as InterReligion or we should need to opt any one our religion. Please clarify

Your baby will belongs to catholic. But whether you have married as per which law plz  also explain.

The courts said

When there is an intercast marriage, the wife gets the religion of her husband. Though she may practise her won religion. Hence the children born to them will be of the religion of the father
