Back out after making compromise application

Our opponent made application for compromise in Family Court and hon. judge instructed them to fulfill procedure of exchange of list & items to be given and deposit -Rs.Two Lacs. Even after one months items are not given and -Rs. Two Lacs not deposited what should we do now in Court.

Maybe they want to continue relationship.  Contact them personally not with goondas, and ask whats up, if they want to reconcile why not agree for it?  Life is long, why break realtionship?
