my husband has yet to return all my istridhan in his possesion and his bail was also granted.what chances so i have if i apply for a appeal to look into the bail again tat he may be taken into custody? he has put in divorce against me. i haev put DV,maintaince. i have heard if he is on bail and threats me while on bail his bail can be revoked is it true?

go for MCD on the condition to return ur stridhan + full & final settlement.

if he thretens u get a protection order under dv u/s 18. a to grant interime and ex-parte orders.lso apply in dv u/s 20 and 22 for monetary reliefs and compansation orders. apply for these orders on affidevite as the magistrate has power u/s 23
