Bail of a po

A person declared proclaim person in a case u/s 138 NI Act. After this a FIR u/s 174 A also filed against accused. Now the accused caught by police with the help of complainant efforts and produced to Magistrate. The accused in his case u/s 138 confess the amount but now he denied about the amount and make a false statement in his bail application that he has been paid the above said amount outsite court without having receipt from complinant. the magistrate accept his bail. can any citation is there on this type of case. thanks in advance.

I hope you got it wrong, terms of bail may not be on the merits of case, it must be based on reasons stated by accused for his avoiding summons and subsequent warrants issued by the court, was not wil full .
