Bail u/s 376

Can some one help me to get anticipatory bail in a case filed against me u/s 376 in J&K court.

the rules are same as IPC but are called RPC.

The case filed by the girl is that i promised her marriage, raped her and then broke my promise.

whereas the truth is that she forced me to have s*x with her and after that repeatedly called me even after my denial and even after filing the case and used to threaten me that she will put my family into jail.

i have some recordings as well.

can someone please help me to get bail and finally end the case ASAP.

i feel totally helpless and feel like killing myself.

@Author I regret that I cannot suggest any lawyer, but for your knowledge you search and study below cases: - Uday v/s State of Karnataka - Dilip v/s State - Pradeep v/s State of Bihar - Jayanti Rani Panda v/s State of West Bengal - Gurbaksh Singh Sibbia & Others v/s State of Punjab - Mehtre & Others v/s State of Maharashtra This case is filed under S.376IPC r/w S.90IPC. Search and read about 'Misrepresentation Of Fact'. Just keep in mind that if the complainant can show proofs which support her version of complaint, then you will have very difficult time. But if you can show your proofs then you have brighter chances. At the time of AB, proofs are not considered but they are helpful to change the mind of the judge in your favor. //peace /Saurabh..V
