Sir
I have made a registry in the name mr x in 2010 march without any agreement prior to registry.mr x is not willing to pay the balance amount to me now. Is their any way I can cancel the registry now. Till now no mutation is done.
mr x. Is in relation to me,he told me that after certain period of time he will pay the amount in installments.
is their any way to cancel the salse deed.
please help

you have lost the time for filing civil suit as the matter is more than 3 years. You hve to treat the land as donated so that there is mental peace.

u cannot go for a civil case, because limitation doesnot allow for that, but if u have documents to prove ur outstanding from the buyer u can file a case under IPC 417,420.
