Bank account marked lien

I had a credit card from Axis Bank and due to some dispute in the statements I had to file a civil suit against it which is still pending in the court but suddenly without giving any intimation bank has marked a lien and freezed my savings account hence unable to do any transaction from it , I had a few loans and from the said account EMIs are debiting freezing or marking lien would result in bouncing the EMIs need advise in this regard. Thanks
