sir
a banker in process loan sanction ,got porp papers for mortgage.after prop search banker declined the loan ,because the guarantor was charged with offences as per IPC.
whether such loan refusal by banker is correct.to a lady call as character less and refusal of loan is fair ?
pl enumerate any such the case

Any loan is under discretionary powers of sanctioning authority, and a borrower as a right can not demand for sanction of a loan. The banker should have either asked for alternate guarantor or alternate property or additional property as security. Make a representation in Bank on line grievance and take a chance in convincing his superiors. But let the representation in grievance drafted by a capable person.
