Kindly write full facts of the termination procedure or reasons. Has he been terminated without any reason? Has the bank not followed the proper procedure like giving proper notice etc,? Has he signed for any contract according to which the bank has to pay compensation to him on removing him before the contract expiry date? If he has been removed by proper procedure and you just have this point that since he has been working for 15 years and he should not be removed or if removed even with proper procedure then the bank is ought to pay him some compensation then its not how it works. Specially in private banks . If your bank is a government bank then is there any pension or gratuity schemes and those has been paid or not?
