Bar council examination

completed LL.B. in 1993-94 while in service, retired in jan 2012.is it essential to appear for BCE for starting law practice ? secondly good service record will exempt me from passing of BCE?

@Querist,

 

You don't need to appear in BCE to get yourself enrolled on the bar list. BCE is only for those candiates who are graduating from academic year 2009 and onwards.

for enrolment, carry all your academic qualification certificates to the bar council, where you intend to enrol and practice along with the fees on monday and tuesday to avail application.
