Bar council guidance

My Advocate is remaining absent many time the case is for hearing X Party in my favor and on evidence all proof of evidence is submitted to the court. His junior advocate is not experienced and only takes next dates. The case is in such a stage I cannot appoint another advocate because the paper of evidence is already submitted to the court and he is aware of the whole case History.

Can I file a complaint in the Bar Council fearing the matter should  get out of hand.

Please Advice cannot understand what to do.
To put up this to the bar council what should i do there are so many cases in the courts pending no one seems to be bothered. The Judges are busy on Saturday in Mediation.
