Benami transaction

Hi Friends,

I have filed a benami transaction act case on my wife for title declaration in joint property. now my case on witness stage here i need your's sincear help. In benami transaction act an presumption that the property has purchased for the benifit of wife or daughter now i have to give reason that why i have purchased that property benami in my wife name by which it can prove that its not for her benifit.

please provide any legal and valid reason or any benami transaction act recent citation.
