Try for 'Pendekanti Law College' or 'Padala Rama Reddy'. They both are good. Also remember, it depends upon your receptivity and interest on the subject.
My 2 cents help: 'Don't miss moot court competitions' in any college that you chose to join. Always be in the good crowd.
