with reference to the captioned subject matter, i am seeking legal opinion whether needful can be done or not
we are 10 members society KNOWN TO BE YAMUNA NAGAR WELFARE CHS.LTD., REGISTERED WITH THE DEPUTY REGISTRAR OF MUMBAI.
Know our building namely bldg. no.1/2 is in a very bed condition and Mnaging committee is least bother to repair despite structural report is very bed.
In our sty evry thing is common
1.GATE
2.WATER TANK
3. ELECTRC METER
4. ASSESMENT AMOUNT IS DIRECTLY PAID BY EACH AND EVERY FLAT MEMBER/S
TO BMC. TOTAL 180 FLATS R THERE IN EACH BLDG 56 FLATS.
KINDLY ADVISE ME OR DIRECT ME TO APPROPRIATE LAWYER.
DESPITE OUR AD HOC COMMITTEE WRITTEN SEVERAL LETTERS NO REPLY HAS BEEN GIVEN.
