After second wife it is POLYGAMY .... not bigamy. Anyways, you have aptly answered the querist.
I would like to bring to you notice that "Bigamy" as per IPC is a claim of a man against another man and no woman can file for bigamy of his husband.
There is no bar for marriage uptill 4th marriage in Muslim Personal Law but yes, the first wife can immediately file for cruelity as soon as husband performs second marriage.

Yes , a muslim can marry another woman at any time. There will be no bar when proceedings pending under the above cases.

If the woman is Kitabia viz., christian ,jew the marriage will be perfect. If the woman is idol worshiper, the woman should be converted to Islam,other wise such marriage will be held void.
