A person marriage and divorce happrned when he was a pvt ermployee after 2years of divorce he got job in govt srctor he got married again after getting govt job now his divorced wife filed a bigamy case against him and harassing him by gvg false info to his rmployer also.and demanding huge amount now and demanding to nominate as nominee in his service records.
Both are muslims...after divorcing her according to petsonal law can she have right to file the 494 now. Pls note both marriage and divorce hapond when he was not a govt employee....pls advice
