blame of affair with his wife

he is blaming an affair with his wife just for regular calling on phone and frightening to file FIR .no s*xual relationship,we were just friends.plz help

thanks Sanjeev sir....I am not entering between husband n wife.. actually they are our relatives.we have nothing between us. other point he wants divorce is they don't have child(10-12 years marriage).now he try to utilize this case to finish this relationship.

You can not be blamed for the matrimonial dispute between the parties. Nor you can be prosecuted for any criminal offence if you keep good friendship with the wife of this man. In modern society there is nothing wrong if people of different genders are friends.
