Dear Experts
my brother illa has taken the amount from a private financer in 2002 and returned the amount by 2005 and small amount was left , so he has signed on a blank promissory note for that which the financer has written in pencil , now it is almost 3 years and my brother illa is ready to pay that amount but as the financer is asking for 2.50 rupees intrest now, which he has said 1.50 rupees befor , which we rejected to pay. now the financer has gone to court by writing on his own almost 4 times what my brothet illa has to pay by putting the resent date.
my question is do this note valueble , cant we prove that this note is almost 5 years back and the written words on the paper is just 2 years back. he has setup two profees which all this 3 can share the amount.
please advise.
