Kindly help the victim Society!
Gurudatta Chs Ltd is in existence for over 30 yrs and obtained deemed conveyance in the year 2022 which is challenged by a unscrupulous builder claiming that part of land belongs to him. He didn't act or do anything to retrieve his land earlier and woke up only after Gurudatta CHS got the deemed conveyance and filed a defective petition in Bombay High Court which is pending for the defects ponted out because his sole purpose is to delay redevelopment of the society.
There after BMC came in to action and claimed that the whole building except ground floor is illegally constructed and sent notice for demolition to the society.
Society obtained a Stay and Court ordered to regularise it.
For regularisation BMC imposed severe conditions including to produce Deemed conveyance which is under dispute.
Using this as a tool BMC blackmailed the society with the threats of demolition and forced the members to shell out huge amounts periodically. Now again a demand for 5 lacs is made.
