My friend has an office and has put a board before it. But past 1 week he has this issue that another person has put his board in front of my friend's office board. Which is causing a loss in his business. Even on repeated warnings he is not ready to lift the board. So can any of you please assist that under which section can this other person be made liable and what iability will arise?
