We have finance one of our client last month Rs 7 cr who has executed hypothecation by payingRs 1 lac maximum stamp duty at Gurjarat. Now said client want enhancement of Rs 2.5 cr,
Can we prepared supplimentory hypothecation for Rs 2.5 cr and pay Rs 100 stamp duty on the same considering that this is one and same transaction which is in perview of Bombay Stamp Act extended for Gujarat State.
