Bond and notice period

Hello All,

Following is the one Clause of my bond,

1) The employee has indicated to company his willingness to undergo such training on the terms and conditions of aforecsaid, and has further agreed that in the event the Employee terminates, leaves and abandons his services with the company either during the training period or within a period of 24 months from the date of completion of training the Employee shall pay Entire amount of incurred for training the Employee to the Company.

Also, in my bond there nothing mention about the Notice  period min 90 days from resignation.

So my question is, Can I resign from my service within bond period?  so if i have to serve the Notice period of 90 days to company in which my 24 months of bond are completed.

also in such case, I have to pay the Bond amount to company???

Thanks in advace,

Hello Nilesh,

Yes. you shall have to pay the compensation as per the agreement. If there is nothing mentioned about the notice period, you need not serve any such notice.

If you are willing to leave the company before the agreed period of time, you may have to pay as per the conditions under your agreement.

In case, if you are willing to leave the company immediately after the period agreed upon, you may just submit your resignation, and in such case you need not pay anything. In most of the cases, company by itself serve you an intimation about its willingness either to extend the agreement upon your consent or to ask you to leave the company or ask your opinion whether you want to continue with or without such bonds. In the absence of any such, you may just resign if you want to.........
