i am working in central govt autonomous institute as a nurse..i have completed 5 yrs of service..i got study leave for 2 yrs to pursue higher studies but inexchange collected 10 yrs bond ..usually in govt recieve 3 yrs of bond but here 10yrs..i want to know 10 yrs bond is legally valid if i want to break after three yrs and what will happen..kindly suggest me eligibility and legal option to get employment outside either other institution or pvt..
