My name is Sujan, i am presently working in a PSU company as Engineer trainee. My joining Date is 21 st February 2012. I have executed a bond amount 2 lakh for a period of 4 years. Now i want to switch over from this company to Ordance Factory Board which is a Central Govt Organisation (Govt of Defence Ministry). At the time of joining in the PSU, it is asked that whether i have applied for any other company or not at that time, so i have mentioned in the joining form that my medical is done in Ordnance Factory Board. Now i want to join Ordnance Factory, my question is whether my bond will be transferred in ordnance factory or i have to pay the amount. If it can be transferred then what will be the procedure for that and when i will intimate that i want to transfer the bond?
