I have been working in a company for about 8 months. 20 days back, i resigned from the company due to some issues, & internal politics. Now, my company is saying that i will not be eligibale for bonus as I have resigned. I can understand that, however the company bonus period is actually till december 14.When all employees will be getting it in March salary, please share whether i will not be eligible for same as it has already been calculated being till december. pls reply
