Hi Friends,
I am working in this company since last 3 years. I resigned on 1st August 2014 and company declared and paid Bonus on 14th August. The Bonus is paid for the period January to December 2013. Even though i am not going to get Bonus for Current Year 2014 i asked company for my Bonus which belongs to previous year in which i have worked and put my entire efforts but my company has denied saying that it is paid & declared after i resigned.
Please guide me on how i should go ahead legally to claim my Bonus?
Am i eligible to get Bonus as per Labor Law even if there is policy of Company not to pay Bonus after employee has resigned?
