Consider a scenario:
Wife has filed a divorce case against husband. Husband is also ok with a divorce. But there is disagreement between who has wronged whom. Also, disagreement on amount of alimony.
How will the case proceed? Will divorce be granted? Or will both have to wait till the end of the case?

No prediction could be advanced.It depends upon the grounds put forth on both sides.
Disagreement here too !
You wont agree, she wont agree, and eventually MCD will get converted to contested divorce, by proper application to court. Then again disagreement will continue for another 7-8 years. Finally fed up looking at your faces, one day court itself will give divorce and send you both to your respective homes. :-)) thats what will happen.
