How to save self acquired property from professional income from being claimed by real brother.

A client is a vet doctor by profession and has two daughters and a wife who also is a vet doctor but not practicing with her busband. He owns joint property with his brother. He wants to safeguard his professional income and assets build from the Professional income. What can be done? Kindly advise. Thanks in advance.

You are not able to explain the problem, if any. How is the professional income under threat? From whom?

Sir the client is under fear that his brother who is not the partner in the professional income might not claim his share. What remedies can he do so that his brother cannot take share from his self acquired property ?

If it is his own income then he can refuse to give any money to his brother.

If his brother is creating any problem then he can take legal action by lodging  police complaint
