i have provided my property on leave and licence agreement before 7 years. The contract is renewed every 3 years.The licensee has defaulted in making payment of license fees for consecutive period of 4 months and as per the contract terms if license fees are not paid for 2 months than notice of 30 days is to be served, after which if the license fees is not provided than leave and license agreement is terminated. As per the contract terms all conditions are fulfilled by me and notice is also served but the licese fees are not paid. The leave and license agreement is breached by licensee and so as per the terms of agreement the contract is terminated.
Please suggest what steps should i take to get the premises vacated if it not being vacated by the licensee.
