I am a property Consultant, I arranged one office for my client for their computer classes. But 4 months prior to lock in period expires the property is ceased by Bank for owners failure to pay the EMIs. My question is
- What is the amount can be claimed for the 4 months unused lockin period.
- How to claim the business losses due to this sudden change of address for my client ?
- How to bring them to law for the false promises they were making to us for last 6 months regarding the notices received from Banks.
