bribe.

Essar company have approved a place for petrol pump in my village. The place which is not as per the guideline given by the iocl. Place is just on the bridge. And high tension line is going from that place. That place is a risky zone. Because in rainy season many accident happen there. Please tell me what can I do. Please help me.
