Dear Sirs
Iam broker/consultancy /agent assisting buying and selling parties for property sales/leasing and suffered loss as many times the broker is bypassed .Now contemplating on entering agreement with the parties , Please advise what types of contract I should ask for and essentials of it sothat there is a legal binding on their behalf .
