My younger brother (unmarried) have one property in tamilnadu he was exprired 5 year ago. we aplied legalhire certificate for my mother. After receiving legalhire certificate we forgot to transfer my brother's property to my mother's name unfortuantly my mother also expired recently. So, I have applied legalhire certificate . How to transfer the property from my brother's name to mine?
please let me know how to proceed further.

Sir,
After obtaining the legal heir certificate, the property will get transferred to the first class heirs .... Kindly refer to the list of 1st Class heirs under Hindu Succession Act, 1956.
