that is just difficult; only if court directs in that reagrd or higher police officail orders for issuance of footage;that is near impossible for a commoner.
If the person has unnecessarily taken into PS and involves any manhandling/ torture, then you can appraoch Human Rights Commission and also by writing to CJ of concerned High Court.
Inmean while also try to procure the following information from concerned PS under the RTI Act:
1. Written complaint copy.
2. G.D/ Case diary Number pertaining to action taken on such victim.
3. Copy of FIR, Charge sheet and Sec.161 Crpc statements.
4. CC TV Footage pertaining by way of C.D.

Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Maharashtra police, Nishikant More, who has been booked for molesting a minor girl, applied for anticipatory bail on Thursday. It will be heard on January 7. However, the cop has been untraceable since an FIR was registered against him with the Taloja police in December, under IPC and relevant sections of the POCSO Act.
PLEASE DONT ADVISE LIKE "PANGA WITH POLICE IS DANGEROUS". Its a law forum and people seek legal advise when they got victimised. We must show them a way as the learned advocate balachander reddy sir done. And the victim will proceed by analysing their strength and resources. But discouraging them not to act against the corrupt police is cowardice. Just check the above case of DIG. saale ke upar case book hua and now in undercover & applied for AB. If she got cowardice suggestion this thing would have never happened.

Advocate balachander reddy sir given the legal suggestion. And the victim will proceed by analysing their strength and resources - - -- thats my view given above
And let the victim respond to decide what kind of help can be provided.
LOL.. what kind of logic you are placing..."martyer sardar bhagat singh.." set an example firtst"..
Do the lawyers have to suffer/victimised themselves first to advise/plead for the actual victims????
my given examples are not fantasies or tales but the contemporary incidents where victims stood against the attrocity. If a victim cant use the LAW OF LAND then whats the use of having that law and judiciary system.
Just curious to know are you a practicing lawyer Mr.Om prakash?

Hmm....slave in the gulf and saying the resident indians as traitors. Lol.... i can understand the slavisness prevailed in gulf countries for others. Remember when the need arise one definitely has to stand against the attrocity as nobody will remain here forever old man. Let the original queryist respond and ask for any help to decide what kind of help to provide.
