Subject for Concern:-

Get extreme bothered of everyday complained of Daily BSNL EVDO Server down, Daily Internet bandwiddth speed throttled & halted & Non Continuous Speed comes from your BSNL CDMA Servers.

               Problem Continuous facing since Tuesday of Dated 19-01-2016 at BTS towers at Shiv chowk and New Mandi Area at Patel Nagar City Muzaffarnagar, U.P.

Dear Sir,

1. That I have a BSNL EVDO Connection number 1312964191 using at the city Muzaffarnagar, U.P, Area Shiv Chowk having nearer to BSNL city post-office location area Shiv-Chowk at City Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pardesh(West). That the EVDO connection always again & again at random completely down every week days and the dialer five signals are not coming into it with full strength and a “cross icon” is showing in place of signals strength and the “BSNL EVDO” signals range was always missing and not in range and in strength. The “BSNL EVDO” Connection sometimes got connected and sometimes thereafter connection bandwiddth speed goes to zero and down and completely stopped and get BSNL EVDO users got disconnected itself. That the BSNL WLL/EVDO Main Server located at Ghaziabad & the local BTS tower at area Patel Nagar, Mandi area City Muzaffarnagar which may use for connecting BSNL EVDO users at the area Shiv Chowk, Muzaffarnagar was also malfunctioning and out of order always since time after time due to non-monitoring and supervision by the trained technician staff day to day basis.

1.1 That I am bothered about your “BSNL EVDO” third/fourth/fifth grade dirty services that the just simple work for fixing the good quality equipment at the BTS tower located at Shiv Chowk was not fix it by your EVDO In-charge officers till today and due to this grievances I consumer again and reminding to BSNL authorities every week days or two to three times in a month. That other unknown raising kind of problem with BSNL EVDO connection is speed which got reduced 1/4th (one forth) in downloading and browsing websites thru computer and it takes much longer hours and daily work also not done properly on required time to complete a task. That the officers in-charge was also not deputed to other BSNL on proxy duty officer when any BSNL Officer was on leave neither nor any BSNL deputed officer sent any technician skilled staff to correct these problem by their own effort at Shiv Chowk in City Muzaffarnagar –or- in Area New Mandi at PatelNagar in City Muzaffarnagar.

 

2. That I have to do the urgent legal work day to day basis thru BSNL EVDO Internet daily and for this day to day problem make my life a living hell and full of problems, So kindly correct the malfunctioning problem of your nearer server and BTS tower immediately permanently in City Muzaffarnagar. That kindly remove the old and dirty equipment and affix a good standard quality Servers and BTS tower and other devices at Muzaffarnagar for giving non-stop services of BSNL EVDO permanently.

                         

 

3. That one thing due to that If- somehow the BSNL EVDO signals comes than the speed of Internet Data to get Data Transfer easily back and forth were too slow and for that hours to spent just for a single minute work and due to this problem the Internet daily work also get disturbed and also EVDO connection speed not running smoothly downloading and uploading running best thru your dedicated servers of BSNL EVDO connection and its devices. The Main BSNL Servers has to run on their maximum efficiency with accuracy and free from the internal & external problems surrounded into your running servers and BTS Towers.

 

4. That we are paying our hard earned money and our life time for working for each day for the good quality of BSNL EVDO services and not for shutting down BSNL EVDO services –or- third/fourth/fifth grade services of BSNL EVDO –or- get bothered the same above problems to your permanent consumers by the negligence & fault of your BSNL deputed officers who may went on leave without assigning in charge of their daily work to others complete on time and may report its efficiency of BSNL EVDO Services daily to the other Seniors and on Departmental Record. The time and money is important to every BSNL EVDO customer working thru Internet and kindly don’t waste it as it cause large inconvenience of work and money and we are feeling hurt from inside from your bad and poor third grade quality services at City Muzaffarnagar in Western U.P area still going on after writing so many complaints addresses to you every time but in contrast to that only 1-2 days it resolved as temporary basis then again it went back on same loop where it was started off.

 

At last I say that:-

a). Kindly do something and take needful prompt action of providing non-stop continuous services of good Internet and may provide very good kind of BSNL EVDO equipment and technical man power “daily and permanent labor” to the Arvind Sharma SDE, its Assistant Rajeev & Kashmerilal Ji Technican and others who all are of BSNL EVDO in-charge & other persons relate to this division.

b). I Also got informed by the Arvind Sharma Ji that CDMA services will be soon shut down by the BSNL in U.P West and will migrate to GSM Services but till EVDO CDMA get terminated provide last time good services of CDMA before it will be gone permanently. IF my current Plan get migrated on BSNL GSM DATA SERVICES then I will do that also on your request for getting permanent resolution of this problem not to face off again and again.

c). Please provide the new good equipment at your BTS Towers and locations for perfect BSNL EVDO connection to get fully rectified and the other technical skilled Engineer for perfect working of this EVDO Connection as A1 Class & ISO certified standard and be perfect always in BSNL EVDO services giving to consumers.

You can fil s//21 of the consumer Act agaist the company under deficiency of services, then you need to give a legal notice u/s 80 pf CPC 1908 to the chairman, as to why cabbot move under consmer Act.for damages and other reliefs, you would get prompt service or they would have to appear in the consimer court or forum.
