I gave my house to a bulder to construct 4 floors 16 flats under collaboration and he just construct 12 FLATS and now he is refusing and by fraud we already registerd 2 storey to him, he made many fraud while in paper and in actual work now we want to cancel the registry and he already sell his flats now what to do, whts the procedure to get our land back or any other way to demolish that building.
