I have bought 2 BHK flat at Gruh Shakti Project in Karjat (Maharashtra) and have paid 95% of the total purchase amount to builder...As per agreement Builder was suppose to give the possession of the said flat in June, 2012.
Even after repeated reminder builder is not giving possession..Have written to him several time. I have availed the bank loan to purchase this property and have been paying installments since last 1 1/2 year.
Please advise me appropriate action against builder...Can i approach Consumer Forum for compensation & possession of my flat? My agreement is signed at Karjat, Dist Raigad.
