In my building partial Commenment certificate recived but i m stay in upper floor but CC is not recived for 6 floor from 19th onward now builder is not replaying any further process of CC.
two time bmc came for Demolition and also Demolites two flat now We have also get tax property now he is asking for tax pay otherwise water connection will not came
plz suggest what further action can taken against building as he is not replying anything about CC
issue legal notice through advocate, then you have following options-
1) file suit for specific performance, or
2) complaint before RERA or consumer forum
